Migration of E-mail to Exchange Online

Refresh IT Solutions offers companies a new tool for migration from E-mail systems of any kind to the Microsoft Exchange Online hosted E-mail system, called Refresh Orchestrator For Exchange Online 1.1.

This solution was designed to carry out migrations of all of the users of a company within a very short time period to avoid disturbing users and with no service interruption.

This turnkey solution, intended for companies that have several hundred mailboxes or more, can handle a transfer from an E-mail system hosted outside or operated by the company to Microsoft Exchange Online within a very short period of time.

The solution can be installed on client's premise or be used directely without infrstructure from our European datacenter.

Refresh Orchestrator For Exchange Online 1.1 carries out the following tasks:

• Creation of accounts
• Creation of Mailboxes and activation
• Data migration (source box or PST file generated by Refresh Orchestrator) to the Exchange Online mailbox
• Management of the initial password
• Parameterization of the E-mail system client
• Communication with the end user
• Detailed reporting of the migrations

Refresh Orchestrator for Exchange Online comes in two versions:

• The Refresh Orchestrator for Exchange Online version, which handles data migration in a centralized manner
• The Refresh Orchestrator+E for Exchange Online version, which also manages workstations (analysis, installation of components, parameterization, migration of local data).
