Run Migration or Deployment's Pilot

PILOT ORGANIZATION & TRANSFER OF COMPETENCIES


In this phase of the project, Refresh IT Solutions offers to migrate a representative number of objects and reach the migration’s pace that will be set for the final deployment.

During this phase, Refresh IT Solutions organizes the transfer of competencies to the operational team, in charge of the overall deployment. The operational team (client or partner) gains specific competencies through one or several training’ sessions conducted by our experts.

At the close of the sessions, the operators are fully trained to handle the migrations and thus they will be able to:

• Order the migrations
  
  
• Supervise the migrations
  
  
• Operate and act on migrations in progress
  
  
• Resolve issues arising

In general, the operational teams participate to the training ‘sessions the last week of the pilot to improve their competencies.
