Refresh IT Solutions, an SAS (simplified joint stock company) with capital of 250,000 Euros, was founded in November 2006 with the support of the following institutions:

Refresh IT Solutions was born of its founders' desire to provide companies (large and medium-sized) with the company E-mail system, workstation and software distribution migration solutions that were developed between 2001 and 2006 within the France Télécom Group for its own needs.

At the end of 2001, France Télécom acquired a Microsoft Exchange E-mail system and, having studied the systems available on the market, decided to develop its own migration solution to cover all of the needs inherent to such a project within a structure of its size.

One of the major tasks was to carry out migrations from heterogeneous source systems to Microsoft Exchange, without the intervention of technicians at the Group's hundreds of sites. The Refresh Messaging solution was released and patented at the end of 2003, in France and in many countries.

In 2004, France Télécom decided to migrate its group of Workstations (about 150,000 PC's) spread all over the world. The cost of the project, evaluated with market tools and methods, was considered too high, and France Télécom decided to develop its own solution, the only possibility for reaching the objectives set: reducing the project cost by about 70% compared with the initial estimate. Refresh For PC was developed and patented as of this date. The Refresh Distributor distribution solution, which allowed France Télécom, during its project and then in recurring use, an increase in bandwidth of 75% for the distribution of images of the workstations to be migrated, was also patented.

These three solutions, Refresh Messaging, Refresh For PC and Refresh Distributor constitute the initial portfolio of products marketed by Refresh IT Solutions as of its founding, the date of the acquisition of the technologies - software and patents - from France Télécom by the company.

Since then, we have further developed these solutions to respond to the needs of the market and to follow the state of the art for E-mail systems and workstations.

Refresh IT Solutions also developed several software solutions to allow for improvement of the quality of a group of workstations, thereby helping them to significantly reduce the TCO and to facilitate future migration projects.
Our strategy is and remains to support large account clients by bringing them technically irreproachable products to carry out their projects at lower costs and with the best perceived quality, and also the accompaniment services needed for the best implementation of our solutions.
