Refresh IT Solutions engineers work exclusively on the company's software developments and integrations in order to achieve a high level of expertise.

Depending on the project, our solutions may require substantial coordination with information systems elements of our clients, which requires excellent knowledge of the entire ecosystem of the E-mail system and workstation architectures.

Therefore Refresh IT Solutions makes a point of providing training for its employees to allow them to achieve the level of expertise that is required. To do so, a program for certification in the various Microsoft technologies is offered within the company every year.

Refresh IT Solutions specialists are aware that in the world of E-mail system and workstation architecture’s environment, perfection does not exist.

That is why, from the company’ creation, we proposed a new approach named "Software+Services". Our commitment to take full responsibility of our solutions ‘integration for our client’s projects brings an unequaled level of freedom; the imperfections of an architecture or base definition, detected during our product integration phase, will be taken into account by our experts and circumvented or corrected, on both the technical and functional levels, for the most successful application of the solution during the deployment.
