Auditing / Pre - Assessment

During this phase, Refresh IT Solutions conducts a meticulous analysis of its client’s existing environment. As part of the project, our team of experts goes over a pre – migration or deployment assessment which aims to:

• Understand the organizational and technical migration’s context which includes a site –visit, getting acquainted with the operational team, checking the support chains, the system’s frame of references, the architectures (servers, workstations, tools for management of the IS, directories, etc.), network topologies,
  
  
• Check and understand the architecture’s features
  
  
• Gather all the information about the eventual constraints and imperatives impacting the migration’s process

• The solution’s interfacing with its client’s tools , also used for the migration’s process (directories, distribution tool … )
  
  
• The ability to prepare the workstation’s parameterizing (software), in order to install the software
