Refresh IT Solutions can accompany its clients through the entire migration process.


The experts in charge of this migration will handle the provisioning of the migrations, the supervision of each operation, the correction of errors or the transfer of errors to the teams of the client if they are due to peripheral components, and the reporting.

 

The provisionning of migrations

Based on the information provided by the client, the Refresh IT Solutions expert will massively or individually import the data into the migration database.


During this provisioning, errors may be encountered that prevent the importing of data, such as:

  • User account unknown
  • Machine name does not exist in the inventory or the distribution tool,
  • Date of migration incompatible with the site migration calendar
  • User E-mail address not compliant,
  • ...


The Refresh IT Solutions expert will then try to correct these anomalies and will take control of the migration in question. In the event of an error that cannot be corrected, a report will be given to the client to inform him of the anomalies encountered.

Migrations monitoring

The Refresh IT Solutions platforms provide powerful monitoring capacities for each migration.

The Refresh IT Solutions experts in charge of the deployment supervise all of the scheduled migrations, during work hours or in the evening.

If errors arise, these are taken into account by the supervisor and corrected to the extent possible.

Reporting

Periodically (several times a day, weekly or monthly), and comprehensively or by site, our experts produce progress reports on the migrations and provide them to the client upon request.


The contents of these provisional or operational evaluations can be adapted to the needs of the clients during the integration phase.
