As part of its "Software+Services" approach, Refresh IT Solutions integrates its solutions to comply with the project constraints, both technical and organizational.
Prior to any deployment, several tasks must be executed in order to ensure the project’ success. All the deployment’s phases are scripted as part of what Refresh IT Solutions calls: the deployment’s process.

DEFINING THE PROCESS
Refresh IT Solutions offers, to its clients and partners, pre-formatted processes to respond to their standard requirements. Nonetheless, all products’ processes can be defined, developed and customized as per the client’s needs, jointly with Refresh IT Solutions.
Defining a process consists in detailing the sequencing of the technical; organizational and communication tasks to be executed for the migration or the deployment. During this phase, Refresh IT Solutions specifies all the migration’ scenarios that will be executed by the product for the deployment’ stages. For each phase, an operations’ list including all the details is provided.
Refresh IT Solutions can define various types of operations based on the project constraints (VIP examples, with or without creation of AD account, migration within one working day, Windows 2000 Workstation/ Windows Seven Workstation, etc.).

INTEGRATION & RETURN
Refresh IT Solutions provides this service in lump sum basis
- Development and implementation of the elements defined,
- Qualification of the integrated platform and parameterization of the migration tools
- Integration of the solution in the client's ecosystem (Distribution tool, directory, inventory, etc.)
- Installation of the software components provided by Refresh IT Solutions,
- Parameterization of the database and the Web site,
- Adaptation of the user and administration/operation/installation documentation for the solution installed.
