Definition of the migration process

The processes are defined jointly by us and by our clients, under our supervision.

The definition of the processes involves describing in a detailed manner the sequencing of the technical, organizational and communication tasks to be carried out for the migration and deployment.

During this phase, Refresh IT Solutions provides detailed specifications of the migration scenarios that will be carried out by the product for the various deployment steps. With each step, the list of the operations carried out (positioning of parameters, personalization, etc.) is specified.

Refresh IT Solutions can define several types of operations based on the various project constraints (VIP examples, with or without creation of AD account, migration within one working day, Windows 2000 Workstation/ Windows Seven Workstation, etc.).
